We care for vulnerable children through advocacy and our network which provides home and school visits, trainings, direct and indirect support, funding projects, education, vocational activities, giving shelter and legal aid.
Targeted people are orphans between 1 and 25 years old living without an adult to take care of them due to the Genocide or HIV/AIDS, and young girls who are victims of sexual abuse or other forms of violence. Some of them have become young single mothers and Uyisenga N’ Manzi has extended its supports to these children.
UNM is divided into these four sectors:
- Health, Education and Life Skills
- Economic Empowerment
- Planning, Advocacy and Communication
- Administration and Finance
